This nice old country house, the Finca es Rafal, is newly renovated and is situated only 2km from the village of Ariany. It is set in a very green area surrounded by trees, practically hidden from everything. Access is by a small dead-end road. The finca is surrounded by all kinds of trees, including fig, almond and olive. The house is composed of 3 living rooms, one with satellite TV and a large dining table, and the other with several armchairs. There is a small pantry next to the cosy kitchen, which has a fireplace. There are 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 of them en Suite), as well as several terraces for comfortable outdoor dining, since each of them has chairs and a table. One of the terraces is perfect for chilling out and includes a BBQ. Another of these terraces has a pool with spectacular views of the village of Ariany and the surrounding countryside, especially during sunrise. The beach is only a 12-minute drive away. The nearest beach area is Ca′n Picafort, although the Son Serra area also offers one of the best beaches in the area.
